Risqué Lifestyle RULES/TERMS
Risqué Lifestyle operates private, members-only events. Membership, event registration, or payment does not guarantee admission.
Risqué Lifestyle reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership or event attendance at its sole discretion, for any lawful reason, including violations of our rules, conduct concerns, or actions that may affect the safety, privacy, comfort, or experience of our members and guests.
Any person who is denied entry, removed from an event, or has their membership suspended or revoked because of a rule violation or conduct concern will not be entitled to a refund of membership fees, event admission, accommodations, or any other funds paid, except where otherwise required by law.
Risqué Lifestyle hosts adults-only lifestyle events where consensual adult play may be permitted in designated private areas. Sexual activity is not permitted in public spaces, ballrooms, hallways, elevators, or any area that has not been specifically designated for play.
All participation must be consensual, respectful, and compliant with Risqué Lifestyle rules, venue policies, and applicable laws.
Single women are highly respected and valued members of the Risqué Lifestyle community. Stalking, harassment, unwanted attention, intimidation, or repeatedly pursuing a single woman after she has declined interest is strictly prohibited.
Any violation may result in the immediate removal of the individual or couple involved and the temporary or permanent suspension of membership privileges.
Risqué Lifestyle respects the privacy of all members and guests. We do not sell, share, or release a guest’s personal or contact information to other members or guests.
If you wish to contact someone you meet through Risqué Lifestyle, you must ask that person directly for their contact information. All exchanges of personal information must be voluntary and made with the guest’s consent.
Couples are required to arrive at and leave the event together.
If a couple is staying on the property and has a room booked, one partner may return to the room because they are not feeling well or are too intoxicated to continue participating, while the other partner remains at the event. The partner must be safely escorted to the room and should not be left without assistance if their condition requires supervision.
If a couple is not staying on the property and one partner needs or chooses to leave, both partners must leave the event together. Any exception must be discussed with and approved by a Risqué Lifestyle administrator before either partner leaves.
Leaving separately without prior administrative approval may result in removal from the event and/or suspension of membership privileges.
If someone says “no,” their decision must be respected immediately. Never pressure, persuade, intimidate, or repeatedly ask someone after they have declined. Consent must be freely and clearly given and may be withdrawn at any time.
Failure to respect another person’s boundaries may result in immediate removal from the event and temporary or permanent suspension of membership privileges.
Do not invade the personal space of others while they are engaged in play. Never touch, approach too closely, watch from an intrusive distance, or attempt to join without first receiving clear permission.
If you are unsure whether your presence or participation is welcome, ask politely and wait for an explicit invitation. Silence, hesitation, or a lack of objection does not constitute consent. If you are not invited, respectfully give them privacy and space.
Please keep voices, music, and other noise to a minimum outside the ballrooms and designated event areas. Be especially mindful in hallways, elevators, and guest-room areas, where others may be sleeping or resting.
Excessive noise, yelling, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Continued violations may result in removal from the event.
Risqué Lifestyle strictly prohibits prostitution, solicitation, and the exchange or attempted exchange of sexual activity for money, goods, services, or anything else of value.
Any member or guest who participates in, promotes, or solicits such activity will be immediately removed from the event and may have their membership permanently terminated. Illegal activity may also be reported to venue security or law enforcement.
Photography is permitted only within the designated photo area. Cameras, cell-phone cameras, and other recording devices are strictly prohibited in all other event areas.
Before taking a photo, make sure no other guests appear in the background unless they have given their clear permission. Photos and videos may never be taken of another guest without their consent.
For everyone’s safety, any guest who appears overly intoxicated, impaired, disruptive, or unable to care for themselves may be denied entry or required to leave the party area at the discretion of Risqué Lifestyle staff or venue security.
Guests staying on the property may be required to return to their room. Guests not staying on the property must arrange safe transportation and comply with the Couples Arrival and Departure Policy. Refusal to cooperate may result in removal from the event and suspension of membership privileges.
Promoting, advertising, or soliciting participation in competing events, businesses, groups, products, or services—whether paid or free—is prohibited at Risqué Lifestyle events and throughout the Risqué Lifestyle network unless prior written approval has been obtained from an administrator.
Advertising or promoting another event scheduled for the same weekend as a Risqué Lifestyle event without prior approval will result in an immediate account review and may lead to the removal of promotional content, suspension, or permanent termination of membership privileges.
All male guests must attend with a female date. Attending with, being sponsored by, or accompanying another couple does not qualify as having a date.
If staying overnight, the male guest and his registered female date must stay together in the same hotel room for the duration of the event. No exceptions will be made.
Couples may not bring, invite, or allow an unregistered single male onto the event property or into their hotel room. Anyone who violates this policy will be removed from the property and may be permanently banned from all future Risqué Lifestyle events.
If a registered couple separates, Risqué Lifestyle will recognize the first partner who contacts the owners regarding continued attendance as the partner eligible to return to future events.
If the other former partner later wishes to attend a Risqué Lifestyle event, they must first communicate directly with their ex-partner and confirm that both parties are comfortable attending the same events.
The originally approved partner must then send the Risqué Lifestyle owners a clear and direct text message or email confirming that they have no objection to their former partner attending future events. Until this written confirmation is received and approved, the other former partner will not be permitted to attend.
Risqué Lifestyle reserves the right to deny attendance to either party when necessary to protect the safety, comfort, privacy, or overall experience of its members and guests.
To protect the privacy, safety, and exclusivity of our attendees, only approved Risqué Lifestyle members who have paid the required event fees may attend or remain on the event property.
Members and registered guests are strictly prohibited from inviting, admitting, or encouraging any non-member, unpaid member, unregistered guest, or person merely exploring the lifestyle to visit or socialize anywhere on the hotel, resort, or event property. This prohibition includes private hotel rooms, event spaces, hallways, pools, parking areas, and other common areas.
Anyone who allows or assists an unauthorized person in accessing the property will be required to leave immediately, without a refund, and may have their membership suspended or permanently revoked. Unauthorized guests will also be removed by event staff, venue security, or hotel management.
All exceptions, including approved staff, vendors, entertainers, or venue personnel, must be authorized in advance by Risqué Lifestyle.
This agreement applies to private events organized by RLS Events LLC and operated under the Risqué Lifestyle brand (“Risqué Lifestyle”), including activities conducted at contracted hotels, resorts, event venues, guest rooms, designated playrooms, and other approved event areas.
Each attendee must review and accept this agreement individually. No person may accept these terms on behalf of another adult.

Risqué Lifestyle operates private, members-only events. All attendees must have an approved Risqué Lifestyle membership and must pay any required event admission fees before attending.
Membership, registration, payment, or possession of a ticket does not guarantee admission. Risqué Lifestyle reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership or attendance at its discretion for any lawful reason, including rule violations, conduct concerns, safety risks, or behavior that may negatively affect the privacy, comfort, safety, or experience of other members and guests.
Any person denied entry or removed because of a rule violation or conduct concern will not be entitled to a refund of membership or event admission fees, except where otherwise required by law or stated in a written event-specific policy.

Failure to comply may result in denied entry, immediate removal without refund, suspension, or permanent termination of membership.
All participation must be voluntary and consensual. If someone says “no,” their decision must be respected immediately.
I agree that I will not:
Consent may be withdrawn at any time. When consent is withdrawn, all related activity must stop immediately.
Harassment, stalking, unwanted touching, coercion, or repeated unwanted advances may result in immediate removal without refund and permanent termination of membership.
I will respect the personal space and privacy of others who are engaged in play. I will not touch, approach intrusively, watch from an unreasonably close distance, enter a private space, or attempt to join an activity without clear permission.
If I am uncertain whether my presence or participation is welcome, I will ask politely and wait for an explicit invitation. If I am not invited, I will give the participants privacy and space.
No attendee is ever obligated to participate in, observe, or permit any activity.
Nudity and consensual sexual activity are permitted only in guest rooms and clearly designated private play areas.
Sexual activity is prohibited in:
Any act beyond kissing may be treated as sexual activity for purposes of this policy.
Outside designated private or clothing-optional areas, attendees must remain appropriately dressed. Security and event staff will strictly enforce these requirements.
Event admission fees provide access only to the event, entertainment, amenities, and activities organized by Risqué Lifestyle. Admission fees are not payment for sexual activity, participation, companionship, or the opportunity to observe sexual activity.
Prostitution, solicitation, and the exchange or attempted exchange of sexual activity for money, goods, services, favors, or anything else of value are strictly prohibited.
Any personal activity must be freely chosen by consenting adults without an expectation of payment, compensation, favors, or services in return. Suspected illegal activity may be reported to venue security or law enforcement.
Only approved, registered, and paid Risqué Lifestyle attendees may access or remain in event-controlled areas.
Members may not invite, admit, conceal, or assist any non-member, unpaid member, unregistered guest, or person merely exploring the lifestyle to enter or socialize in restricted event areas, designated event floors, playrooms, or hotel rooms associated with the event.
Anyone who provides access to an unauthorized person may be removed without refund and may have their membership suspended or permanently terminated. Exceptions for approved staff, vendors, entertainers, hotel employees, contractors, and security personnel must be authorized by Risqué Lifestyle or venue management.
I understand that protecting member privacy is a condition of attendance.
I will not publicly disclose, publish, distribute, or share:
Nothing in this policy prohibits anyone from reporting suspected criminal conduct, harassment, abuse, a medical emergency, or a safety concern to Risqué Lifestyle, venue management, emergency personnel, law enforcement, an attorney, or another legally authorized authority. It also does not prohibit compliance with a valid court order or other legal obligation.
Unauthorized disclosure may result in removal, termination of membership, and any remedies available under applicable law.
Photography and video are permitted only in areas specifically designated for that purpose.
Before taking a photograph or video, I must ensure that no other guest appears in the foreground, background, reflection, or audio recording unless that guest has given clear permission.
Secret photography, hidden recording, livestreaming, and photographing or recording another person without consent are strictly prohibited. Recording devices may not be used in guest rooms, playrooms, clothing-optional areas, or other private areas.
I am attending solely for my personal participation and enjoyment. Unless Risqué Lifestyle gives prior written authorization, I am not attending on behalf of a media organization, content platform, commercial research project, or private investigative organization.
I will not secretly gather information, photograph, record, interview, or document attendees for publication, broadcast, research, commercial use, or public distribution.
This provision does not restrict lawful reporting of crimes, emergencies, harassment, abuse, unsafe conduct, or other legally protected communications.
The person whose name appears on a hotel reservation is responsible for that room and for all occupants admitted into it.
The registered guest is solely responsible for:
A room occupant or registered guest may require another person to leave the room at any time. Anyone asked to leave must do so immediately.
Risqué Lifestyle is not responsible for hotel charges, reservation disputes, room conditions, roommate disagreements, or damage caused by an attendee or invited room occupant.
Hotel reservations are separate from event admission unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Reservation payments, deposits, cancellation deadlines, refunds, name changes, and transfers are governed by the applicable hotel contract, booking terms, and event-specific written policies.
No guest may sell, assign, or transfer a reservation unless the hotel and Risqué Lifestyle permit the change. Risqué Lifestyle does not guarantee that a room can be transferred and is not responsible for finding another attendee to assume a reservation.
RLS Events LLC does not sell alcoholic beverages or receive proceeds from alcohol sales unless expressly authorized and properly licensed to do so. When alcohol is sold by a hotel, resort, bar, caterer, or venue, it is sold under that party’s licensing and control.
Possession and consumption of alcohol must comply with the law, venue policies, and event-specific rules, including any cash-bar or BYOB restrictions.
Any guest who appears overly intoxicated, impaired, disruptive, or unable to care for themselves may be denied entry or required to leave the party area at the discretion of Risqué Lifestyle staff or venue security.
Guests staying on the property may be required to return to their rooms. Guests leaving the property must arrange safe transportation and comply with the Couples Arrival and Departure Policy.
Operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated or impaired is strictly prohibited.
I understand the dangers and legal consequences of impaired driving and agree to arrange a designated driver, rideshare, taxi, nearby accommodations, or another safe form of transportation when necessary.
Risqué Lifestyle staff may contact venue security, emergency personnel, law enforcement, or transportation assistance when reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety concern.
I am responsible for safeguarding my personal property. Risqué Lifestyle is not responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen belongings except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any sex toys, bondage equipment, beverages, personal items, or other materials brought to the event remain the sole responsibility of their owner. Guests may not use another person’s belongings without permission.
Threats, fighting, harassment, intimidation, retaliation, unwanted confrontation, disruptive arguments, property damage, and conduct that interferes with the safety or enjoyment of the event are prohibited.
Risqué Lifestyle may intervene and remove any person whose conduct creates a safety concern, disturbs the event, or threatens its relationship with the venue. Removal for a conduct violation will be without refund and may result in suspension or permanent termination of membership.
I understand that attending a private adult lifestyle event and voluntarily participating in social or intimate activities may involve inherent risks.
I voluntarily assume responsibility for the ordinary and inherent risks associated with the activities I freely choose to undertake. I remain responsible for my personal decisions, conduct, physical limitations, property, and interactions with other attendees.
I am financially responsible for injury, loss, or property damage caused by my own negligent, reckless, intentional, or unlawful conduct.
Nothing in this agreement is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional or gross fault or liability for causing physical injury where such a limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Weapons, controlled substances possessed without lawful authority, and all other illegal activities are prohibited.
This provision is subject to applicable law and any legally required exceptions for authorized security or law-enforcement personnel.
Any suspected illegal activity may result in immediate removal, termination of membership, notification of venue management, or referral to law enforcement.
Violations of these terms may result in one or more of the following:
A person denied entry or removed because of a rule violation, false registration information, unauthorized guest, conduct concern, or failure to follow staff instructions will not receive a refund of membership fees, event admission fees, or other amounts paid to Risqué Lifestyle, except where otherwise required by law.
Hotel charges and refunds remain subject to the hotel’s policies and the applicable reservation agreement.
By signing electronically or physically, checking the acceptance box, purchasing admission after being presented with these terms, or entering the event, I acknowledge that:
